This author has a very enthusiastic style towards his subject keus He covered all the important topics keep reading to see what they were all about. He’s also right that focusing on the heavy, multi-muscle group exercises stimulates real gains better than anything else.
A fun read, this is a collection of articles the author wrote for the magazine Strength and Health from the mccllum to the early seventies. His stories keep you interested, keep you learning, and keep you coming back for “just one more”.

I’ve never understood the popularity of these articles but I completee the book from a friend to see if reading them through “helps”. An excellent book on how to get really strong.
